My husband and I have been married for 7 years and attempting to have a baby for 6 of those years. It worked once, two years ago. I'm not good at math, but it seems like God might be trying to tell us something if we've basically gotten one child out of 6 years of trying.
As, today, I see that our latest efforts for another child have failed, I've decided that I need to "let go of that branch." Maybe it's just time to get skinny.
